I’ve recently developed a massive obsession with skincare over the last few months and it seems over the last 6 weeks I’ve been spending too much money on products to try out. However on the positive I have been using Boots No7 £5 vouchers so realistically I haven’t spent that much money on products. One product which Laura had been raving about on our recent night out has been No7 Hot Cloth Cleanser, so I had to pick one up while I had a voucher.

Normally I swear by Superdrug Hot Cloth Cleanser (review), however lately I’m feeling that it’s too heavy on my skin and it’s not clean enough. Now I’ve been using this constantly for the past 3 weeks and my skin has really improved, although it needs to be taken into consideration that I’ve been ill for practically the last two weeks and haven’t worn any make up giving my skin chance to breathe.

Like the majority of hot cloth cleansers on the market today, the No7 comes with a muslin cloth which I would say is slightly thicker than the Liz Earle ones, and personally I use my LE cloths with this. As you can see from the pictures the cleanser looks practically identical to LE, however once applied to the skin, it’s not as thick in consistency. Once a week I use this as a face mask and leave on my skin for 10 minutes and then rinse off. Personally I prefer to use these types of cleansers in the evening especially when I’ve worn a full face of make up. The product itself isn’t scented

Full price this costs £9.95 which isn’t the cheapest out there however it’s considerably less than LE and Elemis cleansers. I would definitely repurchase this again if I had a No7 voucher, I’m not too struck on the £9.95 price mark considering the Superdrug cleanser is currently on offer 2 for £3.99 (£5.99 normally).

Update- No7 skincare is currently on 3 for 2 in Boots.
