Daniel Sandler Watercolour Blush - Gentle* £14.49 via Hairtrade.com (link)
Hairtrade.com is one of the UK's leading online retailers of hair extensions, hair care and beauty products and I thought it was about time I tried one of  Daniel Sandler's cult products his watercolour blushes. I would say out of the entire Daniel Sandler make up range, its the watercolour blushes which recieve the most hype in the blogging community.
I picked the shade gentle and as you can see by the swatch its the most perfect your cheeks but better colour. I'll be honest what shocked me a little about the product (even though the clue is in the name) how watery the product actually is. As you can see the amount on my hand is tiny (and a nightmare to photograph as it was running everywhere) yet this was way more than what I needed for both cheeks.
As this blush is a stain, I instantly think of Benefit's Benetint - a product which I am really not a fan of, however this is brilliant. Normally I apply this with my Real Techniques Stippling Brush (the denser the brush the better), and buff onto my cheeks. Depending on how long I have to get ready, I'll either put the product on the back of my hand first or quickly dab on my cheeks and blend. A word of warning if your doing the cheek dab, you have to work fast or you'll be left with marks on your cheeks.
Normally this lasts a full night out on my cheeks, however if I'm at work I find that it lasts until about 4pm (from 7am) before needing to reapply, which is good lasting time. Also you can build the colour up so this blush can work on you regardless of your skin tone. Considering how little of the product you need the £14.49 price tag is excellent value for money.
