August has been a funny old month, for some reason I just haven't been bothered with make up (pick your jaws back up off the ground). However I have been, and you know how much I hate this phrase "shopping my stash" and I've found some hidden treasures.
Jean Paul Gaultier, I think this was my first ever "going out" perfume and to this day I still love it. I'm trying to use up my 1001 bottles of perfumes which only have little bits in, and I'm near enough finished this. I can't really describe the scent of this, but you just know that its JPG when you're wearing it. Bourjois 1 Second Nail Polish in Blue No Blues - a polish which you would have seen doing the rounds on blogs. This is my first Bourjois nail polish and I'm really impressed with the formula and how bright the polish is. Look out for this in a outfit post next week.
A neglected favourite of my is OPI Avoplex (review here) and due to being stressed over the whole house buying carry on, I've been picking at the loose skin around my nails. This has been a god send in sorting my skin out. I'd be lost without this. A new moisturiser for me has been L'Occitane Mango hand cream and this is amazing (and shock horror) is limited edition. I've been using this at work and its now been put away for my holidays. I'm thinking I'm going to have to have a look on ebay for this as I want to stock up.
Finally a Korres love in - I've already reviewed their Pommegranate lip butter (link) and I just love this. I've already ordered a Mango lip butter and their hand cream from Asos, so expect reviews on them in he near future. Anyway the star product for me this month has to be their 24 Hour Wild Rose Moisturiser. OMG its amazing. I'm not a fan of rose products and guess what this doesn't even have a rose scent. Its easily absorbed into the skin and hydrates the skin. I'm definitely wanting a full sized pot of this, even though a little goes a very long way. Next month I'm debating whether to do a holiday favourites post and then my normal monthly favourites - we'll see how I feel.
