Jacava London Nail Polish in City Lights* - £14.50 (link)

Jacava London are a new brand to come on my radar and no doubt its an already established name for all you nailaholics out there. You might not be aware but I'm currently undergoing Dr Lewinn's Renunail programme in order to sort my nails out. After the first lot of treatment you have a week break where you can wear normal nail polish and like fate, City Lights came through my letterbox.

I'll be honest I was a bit apprehensive about putting a nail polish on my nails however after doing my research about the Jacava London brand, any doubts were quickly forgotten as the formula of the polish aims to keep your nails strong and encourage growth. Therefore I can keep up my nail treatment inbetween treatments (if that makes sense). .

City Lights is a grey/taupe colour which is ideal for both work and nights out. The swatches above are two coats, however as the polish is thick, one coat is enough for it to be fully opaque. What I love about this polish is the fact that you don't need to wear any top coat - look at the shine on my nails from the polish. This lasted me a good four days without any chipping or tip wear with is brilliant considering I work on a computer for 8 hours a day. I've got another week of the Dr Lewinn's treatment to go before my next break and I'll be wearing this again. Also doesn't it not look like a certain Chanel nail polish for a fraction of the price...
