Look at this, last day in January (more importantly its pay day) and what's that my January favourites have been posted - organised or what. With the exception of one new product over the last month I've rediscovered quite a few hidden gems - the joys of an impending house move. I'm hoping next month I'll be able to focus more on working through my beauty products (nearly used the stash word there) instead of aiming to use up products just for the sake of getting rid.

First up is Chanel Chance, my all time favourite Chanel perfume and one which brings back memories of random Thursday nights out in town. This perfume can easily be worn during the day, and is strong enough for nights out (even though I've been a hermit this month). Chance contains notes of White Musk, Hyacinth and Citron, Pink Pepper, Jasmine, Fresh Vetiver, Orris Absolute and Amber Patchouli. Review can be found here. Running with the night out theme Topshop Head Over Heels cream blush has been my go to blush over the last month as well as my night out blush. It may look scary (and in this case skanky) in the pan but its transfers onto your skin beautifully. I would easily describe this as your skin but better and its a blush which I will continue to repurchase when I hit pan - this is my second or third one now. Review can be found here.

Due to my rubbish Christmas diet (mind you I still have Christmas sweets left due to hiding them in the house), being ill and the weather my skin has been looking vile. There's no other way to describe it, so I've been religiously using the Liz Earle Skin Repair Moisturiser* in addition to No7 Hot Cloth Cleanser to help get some goodness into my skin. This combination has really worked well, and its one I'm continuing to use for the time being. What I love about the Skin Repair Moisturiser is the fact that a little goes a very long way and its instantly absorbed into the skin. Reviews on both can be found here and here.

I'm really not a fan of wearing foundation during the day and instead rely on powder or tinted moisturiser as my base. Due to my skin looking anything but fabulous I've been heavily relying on tinted foundations and I've finally cast aside my beloved Dior moisturiser for Collection's BB Secret Beauty Balm in Light. I'd initially picked this up to take on holiday for the first few nights, however I forgot to take it. I have to admit this is a perfect match for my NW20 skin tone and blends perfectly into the skin. I find that this lasts the entire day without me feeling like I've wiped half of it off. I'll do a in depth review on this in the near future. Finally all good things come to those who wait, I have found a new holy grail product - Ren Invisible Pores Detox Mask. I have a post on this coming up in the next few weeks and oh em gee its amazing. Personally after using this I can see an instant result on my skin, I've been raving about this to everyone at work and to all my friends its that good. If you have to buy one product from the above it would have to be the face mask.
