L'Oreal Skin Perfection 3 in 1 Purifying Micellar Solution
L'Oreal Skin Perfection 3 in 1 Purifying Micellar Solution - £2.99 Savers

Since Bioderma came onto the scene, there's been a massive boom in cheaper micellar waters and are easily accessible. Initially I'd used B Pure (review here) and then finally managed to get my hands onto Bioderma, however I tried L'oreal's version when I went to IMATS last year with Tor. Ironically Tor prefers the B Pure while I prefer L'oreal. The concept as with any micellar water is the same - put some on a cotton pad, put on your face and make up/dirt/fake tan be gone.

Would I say this goes as far as toning the skin? Personally I wouldn't use it as a toner, its not greasy on the skin like B Pure, however I just don't feel comfortable using it in that way. I know that sounds daft but I see this as a make up remover, nothing else. Also its worth nothing that this doesn't sting your eyes like B Pure, and can easily remove the majority of eye make up no problem. I do find that I need to go back and redo my eyes purely due to the 1001 coats of mascara I normally use, Bioderma on the other hand cuts straight through this. I wouldn't say this is as good as Bioderma, however due to the fact that you can easily pick this up from the High Street/Supermarket I would recommend this as a good dupe.

Once I've used this up I've got Garnier's offering to try out and then I'll finally make my mind up about which one I will continue to repurchase in addition to Bioderma. So far L'Oreals offering is in the lead and considering you can pick it up from Savers for £2.99 you can't be robbed for that.
