For some reason with this product I keep calling it Phil Mitchell instead of Paul Mitchell (I don't even watch Eastenders). Any as I'm digressing already, back to the purpose of today's post. If you are a regular reader of the blog you will know that I'm currently a woman on a mission trying to get my hair back into good condition. So far so good (even thought I'm debating whether to get a good couple of inches chopped off my hair at the weekend) and since using Redken's Extreme CAT Protein Treatment (review here) and laying off the heat my hair is starting to get much healthier. In a bit to shake up my current hair routine so my hair doesn't get too used to the same products, I've been using this Super Strong Liquid Treatment prior to drying my hair.

After towel drying my hair I will apply a liberal amount of this on the ends of my hair and a light misting over my roots and then dry as normal. This product claims to treat the hair from the inside out and puts goodness back into your hair. I have to admit that this product doesn't make my hair look shiny or any more manageable when dried (normally my hair goes quite frizzy), however I have noticed that I have hardly no split ends in my hair now even though I haven't had my hair cut since the beginning of December and I've been using more heat on my hair over the last two months so I would expect to see split ends. Also what is impressive about this treatment is the fact that my hair feels much stronger, there's less fall out and my hair isn't breaking. Personally I think its down to the mixture of Redken and this Liquid Treatment which has made all the difference. Now if only I can find a miracle treatment to thicken my hair up.
