I've got a confession to make - this photo may have been taken for March favorites, yet I haven't had time to write up the post with everything which is going on. However I've been loving these products this month as well, so we can say this is a joint March and April favorites ok. To be honest I'm in complete and utter slob/lazy/stressed/woman on the edge mode at the moment with Uni deadlines and to be honest I'll only reach for products which are literally right in front of me - no searching for products for me. First up is L'oreal's 3 in 1 purifying micellar water which I have already raved about - even though I prefer Garnier's version (currently on offer for £2.99 in Boots FYI), I have enjoyed using this. You'll see this in the next lot of empties post, however it gets the stubbonist of make up off your face with minimal effort. Mac So Chaud lipstick has been my go to lipstick for during the day. As 95% of the lipsticks I own is nude/pinks I have finally stepped out of my comfort zone and bought this red/orange matte shade. Its long lasting, and not too in your face - really need to wear this on nights out.

After washing my hair John Frieda Luxurious Volume Fine to Full Blow Out Spray* has been a life saver in making my normally limp hair, full of volume. Normally I spray this before drying my hair, however they advise you to use it mid blow for extra volume - both work well for me, and I can see me repurchasing this once I've finished. My skin has been suffering over the last few weeks due to eating rubbish/being ill/stress and the only thing which ever sorts it out is Sudocrem**. If I'm sat doing work I'll apply a thick layer of this across my skin (and a thinner one if I'm sleeping in it) and this takes all the redness and dryness away from my face and reduces the appearance of any potential spots. Plus here's a little tip for you - it works wonders as a cuticle cream.

I've had this bottle of Cocoa Brown 1 Hour Tan** since FABB Glasgow and this is the perfect tan for work - its not too dark and just looks natural. To be honest I don't see much of a difference in leaving this on for an hour, so normally I leave it on a good 2-3 hours or overnight. This lasts a good 5-6 days before it starts to go patchy, however it does fade as the days go by. I have realised that they now do a dark version of this which I will pick up once I've used this up. I'm still going through the Dr Lewinn's nail treatment programme, so colour on my finger nails are happening once in a blue moon, however I couldn't resist picking up one of the new Barry M Gelly Polishes in Huckleberry to try. I honestly can't fault the formula of these and I am going to be doing a feature on gel polishes so keep checking back for that. Finally, I think with being ill (again, shock horror), any strong perfumes has been setting my chest off, so instead of going sans-perfume I've been reaching for The Body Shop Shea Body Mist which isn't overpowering and lasts a few hours before needing to reapply - a firm favourite.
