Dress - Topshop // Shoes - Topshop // Clutch - American Apparel
It feels like this photo was taken ages and ages ago, yet it was only a few weeks ago. Excuse the chronic bitch face, as this was one of the best nights I've had in ages at two of my lovely friends wedding. Luckily the weather was a scorcher of a day, and being the responsible student I took the car so I could be fresh to do uni work. Anyway back to the outfit - I'd seen this dress in Topshop when it first came out for £60 however couldn't justify the price tag. Roll on one random Thursday in Middlesbrough with Tor well over a year ago, I came across this for £19 in the sale rail, then with my student discount it was just over £17. I'll be honest I didn't have a clue when to wear it, it was literally an impulse buy.
Roll on the house move and I came across this, completely forgot about it until the night before the wedding and boom one wedding outfit later. The only downside about this dress is the fact that it literally skims my backside - no bending over for me. I think it needs to be noted that for once how decent does my hair look!!! Normally if my hair looks like that prior to going out as soon as I step into the first bar my hair looks rubbish. I've got some new hair extensions in, which I'll talk about in another post. Don't you just love it when an outfit comes together??
