Dry shampoo has to be my hands down beauty product which I can't live without. Apart from the obvious of cleaning your hair, I find dry shampoo to be the key product in getting volume into my hair prior to putting it into a pineapple on my head. Having dark brown hair, the main worry with normal dry shampoo is white residue being visible after supposedly brushing through. Paul Mitchell's Dry Wash Express Waterless Shampoo is completely clear - no residue nothing.
Normally I would spray dry shampoo onto my roots and then brush through straight away, however I have found that by spraying this into my roots first thing when I wake up, then leaving it to go brush my teeth and sort myself out, then come back to it it provides me with more volume. Also by leaving it in your hair it also absorbs any grease, so cleaner hair. I find with this dry shampoo I don't have to go in and rub my roots, I literally just spray and leave it. I've found that this shampoo is the best I've tried for providing volume in the old mane and I can get a pretty big messy pineapple from it.
The size which I have is ideal for travel and for nights out, and I've found that this lasts me a good 3-4 weeks before running out. I'd wholeheartedly recommend this as the best dry shampoo I've ever used and with the name you know it's high quality and professional salon quality. Once I finish my current bottle I'll be purchasing the full sized bottle. Are you a fan of Paul Mitchell and dry shampoo??
