It wasn't until I received the invite from Neal's Yard to discover the benefits of going organic at their Newcastle store, I realised that Newcastle has a Neal's Yard stand alone store. Prior to this, I knew that both John Lewis and Fenwick's stocked a small selection of the range, however a Neal's Yard stall has opened outside of John Lewis. The main store itself is situated within the iconic Central Arcade, and alongside Windows is the only store to be accessible via the Arcade itself.
The event itself was an excellent opportunity to find more out about the brand itself and to try the products. I've always been aware of the brand through other blogs are magazines, however never tried or looked at anything from the range. As previously mentioned all items are organic and are all cased in their iconic blue packaging. Everything looked so appealing, and as much as I wanted to have a look at everything I didn't have enough time to work my way through everything.
As events in the North East are very few and far between it was an opportunity to see some familiar faces and to have a good catch up with Helen and Louise. I also managed to win their giveaway and won a box of goodies which I am excited to properly test, although Tor has her eye on the Wild Rose Beauty Balm. I've already reviewed the Room Fragrance (here) and I'll review the other products once I've properly tried them out.
Tor has done a vlog on the event if you want to check it out here (and remember to subscribe to her channel).
