After how many years, I've finally got the opportunity for an American beauty haul as Michelle is currently in Miami with a shopping list the length of her arm and a purse full of dollars. Considering I'm at IMATS in two weeks I thought I should have the common sense to try and ask Michelle to try and get me things which I desperately want - however you can take a guess what went down while browsing the Sephora website. If anyone knows me, they will know about my OCD tendencies and Michelle has a list of back up and alternative products listed in ranking of what I am desperate for. I know I know.
Anyway lets start with where the most money will be spent and that is Sephora and there has to be one thing to stock up on and that their rollerball perfumes. Elizabeth and James Nirvana Mini Rollerball Set $25 was a no brainer - everyone raves about this perfume and as it's not sold in the UK it's about time I see what all the fuss is about. I thought by getting the set I can try both fragrances, Keeping on with the fragrance theme as soon as I spied Balanciaga B Rollerball $25 I needed to pick one up. I have tried this before on a fragrance with the intention of buying a bottle after Christmas however I never got around too it. This will be a fragrance for special occasions.
I know you can buy Anastasia Beverley Hills Brow Whiz $21 in the UK, however as I'm torn between medium brown and soft brown, so Michelle is going to swatch and pick the lightest one up between the two, Thought it was better this way than to waste my money, It wouldn't be a trip to Sephora without trying a Sephora Collection Cream Lip Stain $13 and the colours I've asked for is 06 Pink Souffle and 05 Infinite Rose. If I'm honest I was a bit disappointed with the lack of nude shades in the range - however lets see what these are like when they come. I've got a lot of hope pinned on these. Lastly is the Peter Thomas Roth Mini Magic Kit $20, a brand I've been wanting to try for a while, yet couldn't decide on what full sized mask to try. If in doubt try the samples - I think this is what I'm really looking forward to getting.
Again more blogger hype around the Lorac Pro Palette $42 and Milani Baked Blush $6, as Ulta wouldn't let me order online for a delivery to Michelle's hotel. I've managed to order the Lorac palette via Nordstom to be delivered to her hotel later this week. Lets hope this lives up to the hype. Finally some random products - Tom Ford Black Orchid 75ml £60 is one of my all time favourite scents and as this is more expensive in the US, this has been asked to be bought on the way from Manchester Airport. If you know me, you will know how much of a chew on it is trying to find Allure magazine in the North East, so I've asked for a copy to be picked up. Finally Jolly Ranchers - the best American sweets ever. Is there anything I have missed off the wishlist, I should ask Michelle to get, or should I save my money ready for IMATS?
