When it comes to make up, nothing pleases me more than bronzer, well and mascara...but bronzer is my number one. As much as I've admired Stila products from afar, I've never really been fussed in buying anything from the range. Maybe it's because I've never had any Stila stands near me to swatch the products, however now that the range is stocked in Marks and Spencer it would be rude not to try anything from the range.

To be honest I don't need any more eye shadows, mascara, or foundations, I thought I'd ease myself into the brand by trying one of their Bronzing Powders. Normally when it comes to higher end products I always like to google the products to read the reviews and with this I bought on a whim. Depending on whether I'm tanned or not, I have bronzers which I will specifically use on different skin tones. As I bought this in Shade 2, I thought this would be better for when I'm tanned, however as the colour pay off is that light I can use this anytime.

Shade 2 I would say is more of a typical matte brown bronzer, which is more cool toned than orange. This would be ideal for contouring as well as bronzing. If you compare this to Shade 1, on my skin tone it was far more golden and sheer, which once upon a time I loved, however these days I'm all about the matte bronzer. This does require a bit of building on the skin, however a quick dusting across the face does look like I've caught the sun. However unlike other bronzers (Nars Laguna I'm talking about you), this doesn't fade throughout the day. Are you a fan of Stila? What products would you recommend?
