To many, dry shampoo is literally just dry shampoo - it keeps your hair fresh for an extra day (or two) and that's it. However if you are a regular reader of the blog you will know how much I love a multi-purpose product and Paul Mitchell's Dry Wash Waterless Shampoo is a little gem. If you're looking for a normal dry shampoo which leaves no white marks or residue - go for this as it's completely invisible. Yet where this product comes into it's own is the fact that it adds volume and texture into your hair.
As this is quite pricey, I normally save this for occasions where I want to make more of an effort (normally nights out). After washing/drying and roughly straightening my hair I will apply this to my roots and boom instant volume. If I apply it through the ends of my hair - instant texture. Hands down this has instantly become my holy grail dry shampoo - no powdery feeling in my hair, nothing. This may be 4 times more expensive than a normal bottle of dry shampoo, however with anything from the Paul Mitchell range you are paying for salon quality.
I honestly couldn't see myself without this now and I am tempted to buy a travel sized version for when I go away, however then again for only a few pounds more I'd rather pay for the full sized version. If you are a fan of Paul Mitchell products, Hairtrade stock the biggest (and cheapest) range of his products online. What's the one haircare product you like to splash the cash on?
