Pureology_Cure_Restorative_Masque

You know when you don't want to tempt fate, however I'm just going to come out with it - I think I have found a product which is working wonders with my hair. Now that I've just said that we know that it'll be sods law that this doesn't work any more. Anyway since having approx 6" cut off my hair and laying off the bleach my hair is slowly starting to reap the benefits and look healthy once again. Over the last few weeks I've been using Pureology Strength Cure Restorative Masque which is aimed at damaged colour treated hair. If you regularly read blogs, you will have seen that Pureology is one of those brands which is highly spoken of when it comes to damaged hair and I had big expectations for this.

Obviously my hair isn't going to be miraculously treat in such a short period of time, however I have seen some changes to my hair when I use this. As my hair is fine (but I have a lot of it), I prefer not to saturate my hair with conditioners and treatments as it makes my hair look greasy. I've been applying this to the ends of my hair (where the ombre starts from) and around my hairline, focusing on where I have been suffering from bad breakage. I don't know what's in this product, however what I can tell you is that when I blow dry my hair or leave to dry naturally - there's little to no frizz, I don't need to use my straighteners and the ends of my hair feel so much thicker.

I'd seen Tor after using this for the first time and I asked her to feel the ends of my hair and asked what she thought and she said that my hair felt "puffed up". You're supposed to use this once a week, however I've been using it every other wash and I've hardly made a dent in it. There's also a Strength Cure Shampoo and Conditioner to go with this which I may purchase once I use more of my shampoos up. Pureology you've definitely lived up to the hype.
