If you read Sunday's post you will have noticed that I briefly mentioned my new guilty pleasure... it's getting to the stage now, that instead of looking at fashion and beauty posts on Instagram, I am now looking at pictures of project pans. Yes, there you go it's out there. The other night, I sat for the best part of an hour looking at photos of empties and products which people had hit pan on. Now I know last year I attempted project 10, however then ended up getting bored and used other stuff. Since the start of the new year, I've put myself on a bit of a spending ban and have been focusing on using up my current make up products. I'm also starting to declutter quite a lot of my make up and beauty products too.

Now instead of each time I do an update on this, I'm not going to review everything, all what I'll be doing is giving a brief update on certain products and then a review on what I've used up. For some of the products, I'll be replacing with another of the same kind (e.g. body butter, brow pencil, concealer), other products I've got flexibility over (and a list of products I want to get used up). However there are certain products I can buy - dry shampoo, shampoo, eye cream and texturising spray. But until IMATS I will be on a ban, I'm also kinda trying to apply this to clothes too (I'm not putting money on that).

Anyway the products I want using up ideally by the summer are - Liz Earle Eye Bright Lotion, Vivo Baked Bronzer, Garnier Micellar Cleanser, La Roche-Posay Serozinc, Mac Eye Shadow (Arena), Mac Blush (Pinch o'Peach), Maybelline Age Rewind Concealer (light), Benefit Goof Proof (Shade 3), M&S Shea Body Butter and Avon Charcoal Mask. The only comment I'll give on any of these so far is that if you are a fan of the Garnier Micellar Water (you know I love this), the gel cleanser is very very drying on the skin. Normally I use this as a first cleanse and then use a cream cleanser to add hydration back into the skin.

I don't know how often these posts are going to be, however I do think I need to admit that I have also been taking photos of my products once a week to see how much I am getting through on a weekly basis. Ok I'm going to shut up now...more so that my secret is out...
